Every result needs a prediction and an observed arrival.

Definitions, calculations, and limits

This four-route sample is not representative of all Muni service. Repeated predictions for the same arrival are related observations. Descriptive errors do not guarantee a future arrival time. Calibration models and validated uncertainty intervals are future work.
